Job Highlights

  • Promote sales of active business products; develop sales tactics based on the agreed global marketing strategies for all assigned customers. New customer development and generating sales funnel.
  • Responsible for maintaining (resolve issues, document customer communication, provide forecasts, present weekly sales updates and preform day to day account maintenance) and enhancing relationships with existing customers.
  • Negotiate short and long term commercial terms of business and provide technical insights to customers. Negotiate multi-annual sales contracts where applicable based on business strategies. Management of executed contracts and customer relationship.
  • Collect information on industry trends and customer activities to further marketing and sales efforts 
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth with existing customers
  • Attend trade shows and contribute to its organization including both duties, participate in sales and technical training
  • Participate and complete all required safety and compliance training    

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent sales experience. Science or technical degree a plus. 
  • Five to ten years of experience in direct and distribution sales experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to effectively convey ideas, corporate/business messaging and/or value propositions in a one on one and/or group environments. Must be computer proficient with expertise in  the use of Microsoft office software package (Powerpoint, Excel and Word).
  •  Prior leadership, project management & international experience of advantage.
  • Up to 60% travel required.
  • Remote work location, home based office.
