Key Account Sales Representative

Job Highlights

  • Implement sales plans and strategies for inorganic pigments in the Southeast/Gulf Coast territory (TN, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, LA).
  • Gather, assimilate and analyze market and competitive information through customer visits and distribute information through written call reports.
  • Develop and update the monthly rolling and annual sales forecasts for the customers in the territory.
  • Represent the interests of LANXESS and actively participate on the industry committees and tradeshows.
  • Participate in contract negotiation with customers, utilizing sales strategies tools and Legal guidance to formalize the commercial relationship, rights and obligations between LANXESS and the customers.
  • Assist in formulation and implementation of long and short term strategic sales plans for assigned accounts within the territory.
  • Communicate customer requirements and needs to proper internal personnel/departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a Technical degree.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related sales experience.
  • CRM and Project Management experience would be advantageous.
