Job Highlights

  • Extract relevant customer information to support and/or create content for customer meetings and sales presentations.  Customer information includes sales volume and revenues from Power BI, pricing information from SAP, accounts recievable information from Format and CFE database, forecast information from IBP.  Consolidate information and create MS PowerPoint content in easy to digest graphs and tables for the AMS sales team members in key customer meetings 
  • Manage the PLA AMS team Microsoft Dynamics CRM structure, processes, and reporting for maximum efficiency of data input and output, by working with PLA AMS sales and global marketing teams.  
  • Manage the PLA AMS pricing systems and processes, in Microsoft Dynamics CRM structure and SAP, by working with PLA AMS sales and global marketing teams.
  • Manage the PLA AMS team Integrated Business Planning (IBP) structure, for maximum efficiency for sales forecasting by working with PLA AMS sales, IBP department, and Supply Chain functions
  • Manage the Account Recievables systems data to support PLA Sales, Treasury department, and the AMS PLA AR Specialist in efforts to minimize the % Recievables Outstanding metric.  Data collection from 3rd party CFE database, Format, customer service invoices, etc., to be consolidated into usefula information for revenue collection. contributing member of the weekly AR task force for PLA AMS team. 
  • Special projects for PLA AMS Head of Sales and AMS sales team to drive business efficiency and maximize revenue and profitability for the BU
  • Manage the Power BI system structure for maximum efficiency of business results reporting

Requirements

  • Business degree preferred, or equivalent experience as a Business Analyst/supply chain
  • > 10 years of professional experience
  • Exceptional computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and especially SAP
  • Knowledge of business practices and a strong decision maker; able to work in an independent and team environments, maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
  • Able to balance multiple priorities and remain organized; strong written and verbal communication skills
