Global Product Manager Plasticizer and Specialty Additives

Job Highlights

  • Support the Head of Global Marketing Plasticizers & Specialties for developing business plans, forecasts, customer communications, budgets, pricing strategies and special projects.
  • Development and maintenance of marketing tools such as Market Intelligence Database, Contracts Database, etc.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence and communicate results and trends with the sales force and other relevant parties.
  • Responsibility for business performance of Benzoates – work with global sales team, operations, and supply chain to ensure budgetary commitments are achieved.
  • Development of Benzoates product strategy – product portfolio management, customer communications and pricing strategy.
  • Project management and tracking of assigned projects such as Growth CapEx, New Product Development, M&A Activities, etc.



  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Chemistry/Chemical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office and SAP.
  • Prior experience with business plans, market research and demand forecasting.
  • Superior interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels in the organization.
  • Highly motivated to work independently and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
