Property Tax Analyst

Job Highlights

  • Assist with the preparation of property tax returns, including unclaimed property, and monthly reports.
  • Support property tax audits by assisting senior staff.
  • Preparation of tax payments and mailings.
  • Research of property tax law.
  • Provide additional support with special projects as requested.


  • BS/BA in Accounting or other related field.
  • Work experience of 0-3 years.
  • Some travel required.
  • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy while meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Must be able to multitask, work independently and with a group when necessary.
  • Excellent recordkeeping skills.
  • Must work well under pressure.
  • Excellent quantitative/analytical skills, planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer experience through the use of SAP and other software packages, especially Excel. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
