Job Highlights

  • Ensure QM compliance and high quality standards in the BU PLA. Support customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement of the PLA quality management.
  • Maintaining QM master data in SAP and other system

  • Manager of Product and Raw material Specifications

  • Reviewing and maintaining customer initiated requests and supporting responses/feedback for ISO certificates, certificate of analysis (COA), specifications reviews, questionnaires, etc.

  • Supports analysis of process quality issues to assign responsibility for identifying causes and corrective actions

  • Management of the global management system

  • Support customer complaint management

  • Support facility-specific quality audits (internal and external) by certification companies (e.g., DQS) and customers

  • Preparation of QM procedures, reports and summaries

  • Support customer satisfaction analysis

  • This position can be located in Shelton, CT, Pittsburgh, PA, or El Dorado, AR. 


  • Bachelor’s or Equivalent Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • High level of knowledge in quality assurance systems and global management systems.
  • Interaction and collaboration with cross-functional teams and good communication skills.
  • Project management and influencing skills.
  • Good knowledge of SAP master data, MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Good problems solving and troubleshooting capability, good attention to detail.
  • Broad understanding of multiple business functions and their interdependencies.
