Job Highlights

 

Join our team as a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator and lead the charge in compliance excellence!

 

  • This position will support the Pittsburgh Material Protection Products (MPP) Regulatory team.
  • Organizing, digitizing/scanning and maintaining regulatory files and put into Documentum.
  • Assist in compiling regulatory documents and maintain all registered product labels.
  • Assist with state registrations and regulatory reporting.   
  • Consistently maintain and update regulatory documents in Documentum and maintain paper files.          
  • Support MPP Regulatory Affairs Manager with document maintenance for Capex projects and SAP capex and expense topics.          
  • Support and maintain the U.S. use of the MPP Regulatory Planning tool.

Requirements

 

  • B.S./B.A. Degree in Business or other comparable degree.  Relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • 3- 5 years of Regulatory Affairs experience.
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office, Documentum and SAP.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • This is an ON-SITE position located in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.
