This position will be office based at our Pittsburgh Headquarters location.

 

Job Highlights

  • Responsible for maintaining State Pesticide Registrations for Material Protection Products (MPP) Biocides (BIO) and Actives & Disinfection (ACD), SAP blocking program and spreadsheets.
  • Manage and maintain labels for MPP BIO and ACD.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating regulatory documents in Documentum for MPP BIO and ACD and maintain paper files.
  • Supports Regulatory Affairs with document maintenance and SAP for Capex projects and support in budget tracking actitivities.
  • Supports and maintains the US Regulary Affairs teams use of the MPP Registration Planning Tool.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, Biology or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous related work experience of 1 - 3 years.
  • Advanced working knowledge of computer applications including Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience using Documentum.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Excellant organizational and communication skills are required. 
  • Knowledge of State Pesticide Regulations and project management skills are an advantage.
