Job Highlights

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies for building and maintaining a new customer sales funnel.
  • Develop new business opportunities for the Biosecurity business. Implement a Biosecurity product advocacy program key corporate end consumers and stakeholders.
  • Utilize Corporate Account management skills to allow successful interaction at all levels with our customer base (purchasing agents, technical personnel, marketing professionals, sales professionals, and business managers).
  • Implement Business Unit strategy for North America aiming to increase sales and market share. 
  • Plan, develop, and deliver value extraction strategies with key accounts based on Lanxess Biosecurity product offerings and services.
  • Develop and implement Corporate Account plans to drive sales growth with new and/or existing  customers.
  • Negotiate commercial contracts and/or terms of business and provide technical insights to customers.
  • Collect information on industry trends and customer activities to further Biosecurity's marketing and sales efforts. 
  • Document customer communication promptly using the Lanxess CRM system.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, PhD preferred
  • 5 to 10 years' of sales experience in Animal health and/or Biosecurity.
  • Must be computer proficient.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Travel required.
