Job Highlights

  • Develop and maintain customer accounts with sales of rubber additives into the technical rubber goods and Tire industries at BL SRP.
  • Create and maintain productive customer relationships, communicating regularly with key decision makers, anticipating operational needs, resolving conflicts and presenting recommendations and technical solutions for growth, ensuring overall customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Identify and anticipate clients’ requirements, using industry and business knowledge to recommend and implement solutions, products and services.
  • Coordinate with technical and product service, support and expertise on behalf of current and potential customers through Company personnel and other third parties.
  • Identify, pursue and qualify new business opportunities, driving the entire life cycle of the sale (i.e. strategy, prospecting, presentation, sampling, trials, etc), developing and presenting proposals and deliverables, working with internal teams to meet customer needs, and meeting established revenue goals and objectives.
  • Assist internal colleagues with the administration of client-related activities, including invoicing, distribution, and accounting as requested, ensuring adherence to internal protocol and deadlines.
  • Information and system maintanance as CRM, IBP, SAP and Forecast tool.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in scientific or engineering discipline (Chemistry preferred), or equivalent proven sales experience; advanced business degree preferred. 
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years in the rubber/polymer industry is required
  • Rubber technical backgroung, key account management skills and PMI are advanteges.
