Job Highlights

  • Manage the Flavors & Fragrances (F&F) sales organization within the Americas region (U.S., Canada, Central and South America) to meet Business Unit goals and KPI targets.
  • Manage the F&F Organization in the US from a legal and administrative standpoint (including Regional SCM, Controlling, Operations)
  • Define and implement regional Sales strategy in alignment with Global Head of Sales to deliver the BU F&F Strategy
  • Manage regional budget planning and achievement (turnover/cost), implement regional guidelines set by the BU, including rolling forecast accuracy, customer relationships and development of key projects, including Global  Accounts.
  • Lead the Organization by example. Ensure and increase the profitability of the BU F&F in Americas
  • Manage people development and succession planning processes, and promote effective team work by good communication, motivation, delegation and encouragement, ensuring our Performance culture is at the center of our activity.
  • Serve as a member of the Americas Management team on the Operating Committee
  • Collaborate with the global sales team to achieve organizational goals.
  • This position is located at our Americas region headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA.


  • More than 10 years of Chemical Sales experience & team management
  • Experience with ingredients for Consumer Markets and in leading large organizations
  • Technical or Business bachelor’s & master’s degree or equivalent experience required. Business Administration or Chemistry preferred.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written), Excellent written and verbal presentation skills;
  • Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills in management of a multi-national sales team.
  • Understand customer needs, market trends, key customers (on a global point of view), raw materials and formulations.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
