Job Highlights

  • Control / replenish inventory by maintaining stock levels which meet sales demand as well as IPG’s financial objectives.
  • Monitor shipments/containers coming into the NA region and inform Sales/MKT and Management team accordingly. In case of shipment delays, coordinate best strategies with Global SCM,  NA GPL and IPG NA management team to avoid supply disruption.
  • Update daily open orders with current stock & replenishment details and make it available to Customer Service, Sales and MKT teams.
  • Monitor and assess actual sales volume vs. forecast to identify overstock and stock-out situations. Identifying improvement opportunities, cross-check with sales/marketing and implement necessary changes which enhances forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor warehousing and stock transfer costs. Minimize logistic expenses while still maintaining the necessary service level for the market.
  • Maintain constant contact with Odyssey, Warehouses and GPL in order to maintain adequate stock levels, and enable on time delivery to customers.


  • B.S. Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is required.  Equivalent business or industry experience will be considered.
  • This position requires strong logistics/supply chain knowledge, effective planning and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Essential to this position is highly proficient computer skills, especially in SAP, Windows, Microsoft Office applications, Lotus Notes, Internet, etc.
