Job Highlights
  • Digital COM: Manage all online digital platforms for China & ASEAN including internet, intranet and web magazine, to support  and maintain a positive image of LANXESS among external stakeholders.
  • Online marketing: Execute digital marketing campaigns such as SEM, sales lead generation and webinars; provide online support to business units.
  • Agency & budget management: manage vendors to make sure all campaign tasks are done in a professional, effective and cost-effective manner. Manage projects within scope while working to achieve maximized ROI.
  • Digital Asset Management: create digitalized content to support offline events, create and archive digital content
  • Measuring: Prepare tracking reports for Digital platforms to ensure continuous improvement
  • IT savy, understanding of modern digital media platforms, SEO/SEM, trouble-shooting capabilities
  • Project and budget management experience, ability to work independently
  • Business acumen, marketing knowledge
  • Excellent communications skills in Chinese and English, ability to work across borders, ability to work independently
