Digital Communications Specialist China/ASEAN

Job Highlights

  • Digital communications: Manage technical responsibilities of all online digital platforms for China & ASEAN including social media, internet and intranet to support and maintain a positive image of LANXESS among external stakeholders.
  • Digital marketing: Execute digital marketing campaigns such as SEM, sales lead generation and webinars; provide online support to business units.
  • Digital assets: Manage the creation, archiving and rights managements of photos and videos.
  • Events: Onsite support of corporate events.
  • Agency management: Manage vendors to make sure all campaign tasks are done in a professional, effective and cost-effective manner. 


  • Bachelor degree, at least three years of related working experience
  • IT savy, understanding of modern digital media platforms, Wechat/SEM/CMS experience required
  • Agency and budget management experience
  • People person, ability to work as part of an integrated team
  • Excellent communications skills in Chinese and English
  • Ability to work across borders, ability to work independently
