Job Highlights

Key responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of FIT within GPL, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Analyse current procurement process and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Develop and provide training and support to procurement staff on the new system
  • Monitor the system's performance post-implementation and drive continuous improvement
  • Serve as primary contact/key user for any issues or enhancements
  • Execute purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services by maintaining close communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Resolve any issue related to orders, deliveries or quality in a timely manner
