Job Highlights
  • Liaise with LANXESS Deutschland GmbH and other LANXESS affiliates on any shareholders / directors issues involving LANXESS entities in China / ASEAN / Australia / Japan / Korea/ other APAC counties including changes and obtaining relevant resolution approvals from (a) the boards of the various LANXESS entities in APAC, or (b) LANXESS Deutschland GmbH and other LXS affiliates as shareholders / ultimate shareholders; and ensure proper updates and of relevant statutory records within LEX and with the relevant registries in APAC.
  • Manage and coordinate all the corporate secretarial activities independently and in accordance with the requirements of local authorities and in accordance with the respective local legal requirements.
  • Maintain an orderly records for registers, board resolutions, minutes and for all corporate related documentation.
  • Legal support including assistance in all on-going legal projects, co-ordination and handling of legal enquires and requests from various BUs / GFs, consolidation of legal newsletters and publications from different sources for distribution and sharing.
  • Facilitate corporate compliance which includes co-ordination with different departments for application and maintenance of necessary licenses / registrations for LANXESS entities in China as well as assisting Senior Counsels and Legal Counsels to deliver seminars / workshops for internal LXS staff on current legal issues.
  • Major in Law, bachlor degree or above;
  • Good at English;
