Job Highlights / Aufgaben

The position will support Global Product Management TRA of Business Unit Lubricant Additives to lead and manage the activities regarding a specific product and/or product group including cost analyses, margin control, pricing, forecasting to provide recommendations to increase revenue and maximize margins. Main responsibilities include:

  • Analysis of products or product groups regarding pricing, cost, margin
  • Support with pricing, formula price calculations and contract negotiations
  • Monitoring and analysis of raw material cost developments
  • Support with product allocation processes in close alignment with Global Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales
  • Prepararation of reports and providing of regular updates on forecasting and financial peformance
  • Market- and competitor analysis 
  • Supports and takes ownership for own projects 

Requirements / Profil

  • Bachelor or Master (preferred) in Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
  • First professional experiences and/ or experience in managing projects
  • Strong analytical and very good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point, SAP
  • Willingness to learn, ability to be flexible and handle multiple requests (good self-organization skills)
  • Very good business acumen and strong inner motivation (willingness to take ownership)
