Job Highlights

  • Maintains myHR (system) data, including completing of onboarding and offboarding activities, processes employee updates, expat administration and any payroll entry for all North American locations
  • Provides first level myHR support to North America for general system inquiries for Recruiting/Onboarding/Employee Central, provides guidance and either resolves or escalates issues
  • Serves as a source of information to employees for general inquiries
  • Provides first level support to assigned key contacts in facilities (Pittsburgh, Shelton and Naugatuck) for coaching, performance management, policies and procedures, etc.
  • Supports Employee Labor Relation team members as required
  • Training administration for HR related trainings
  • Local travel between Shelton & Naugatuck sites as well as attending regional HR conference


  • Bachelor’s degree, in a Human Resources or related field
  • HR professional certification preferred
  • At minimum 1-3 years of experience
  • Must be able to build rapport/relationships with remote stakeholders, ability to quickly identify issue and provide resolution and/or escalation
  • Ability to speak Spanish language
