Job Highlights

    • Facilitate and support the S&OP/IBP meetings.  Practice good IBP behaviors and help to generate alignment across multiple business functions.  Support metric review and root causing below-target performance with corrective action implementation.  Develop and clearly present decisions to be made in the IBP meeting for supply and demand scenarios that have financial impact on the outcome of our business.
    • Create and maintains supply plans for the global supply network.  Ensure feasible plan to balance our productions facilities, supplier constraints, demand risks, costs, and working capital.  Facilitates global supply review to ensure coordination between Operations, Procurement, Product Management, Logistics and Supply Chain. Validates that operations is adhering to the plans.
    • Create and maintain global demand plan in SAP IBP (DP). Lead/facilitate monthly Demand Review meeting to ensure coordination between Commercial, Product Management, Controlling, and Supply Chain.  Accountable for managing product allocations and improving forecast accuracy and demand generation process.
    • Align demand, supply, and inventory optimization plans with the finance team in the context of IBP to ensure one plan is used throughout the organization.
    • Proactively ensure direct reports are meeting or exceeding customer service targets.  Resolve supply issues through close coordination with operations and asset management teams and ensures status communication to customer service and sales representatives
    • Support the New Material Req process by providing supply chain relevant master data.
    • Manage a team of operational supply chain manager(s) and schedulers located at various production facilities.  Accountable for the local execution of supply chain plans, target setting, and process adherence.  Facilitates annual goal setting and performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required from ideal fields of Supply Chain, Engineering, or Sciences; a Masters of Business Administration is preferred.
  • Certification in APICS CPIM/CSCP, IBF, or similar is preferred
