Job Highlights

This is an entry level role where you will gain experience:

  • Managing jointly assigned Lubricant Additives Business (LAB) accounts in the AMS Region with the Head of Sales/Account Manager to sell more volumes at higher prices while learning how to interact with customers.
  • Managing house accounts; including day-to-day customer interaction, IBP forecasting, CRM activity, interaction with product management on pricing.
  • Supporting the Head of Sales with day to day requests as needed
  • Learning the industry and sales techniques by traveling and working closely with account managers
  • Representing the interests of Lanxess and actively participate on the industry committees and tradeshows


  • Undergraduate degree: Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Technical degree
  • New college graduate, or 1-3 years of experience
  • Proficiency with CRM, Excel, Power Point, Word,
  • Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, time management, and networking skills
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50%
