Job Highlights

  • Work closely with the strategic service providers & relevant LANXESS internal stakeholders to ensure overall IT service quality
  • Design, review and continually optimize processes, guidelines and policies related to Provider Management together with the global team & in line with the LANXESS IT Strategy
  • Regularly participate in/steer the relevant strategic service management boards
  • Consult & participate in strategic projects as needed which have impact on the overall provider management
  • Prepare & consolidate necessary service quality reports for the management.
  • Be the direct strategic contact for the local and regional service provider teams, manage necessary escalations and ensure appropriate service governance
  • Participate in regional strategy, governance, and controlling activities as necessary
  • Project management for small to medium sized regional projects


  • Specific Education - Good level of general education, tertiary qualification in information technology, ITIL foundation
  • Work Experience - 5-10 Years
  • Special Skills:
    • Very good written and oral communication skills
    • Experienced in working in multi-culture global teams
    • Very good understanding of IT processes
    • Broad exposure to and understanding of IT industry
    • Working knowledge of ITIL
    • Knowledge of Service Integration & Management (SIAM) process is a plus
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
    • Experience of working in a multi-provider setup is a plus
    • Project management experience (outsourcing or merger & acquisitions) a plus
