Job Highlights
This role oversees accurate adhereance to timely closure and submission of Financails as per IFRS (HB2) of Indian and overseas entities, providing essential support during audits.
Financial Reporting
Responsible for accurate and timely submission of financial statement as per Corporate Reporting guidelines (LKA / IFRS ) to CORP ACC which includes
- Monthly / Quartely / Yearly Financial Statements
- Monthly notes / Quarterly Notes / Year End Notes
- Accompanying letter along with Flux Analysis
- Analyze report outputs to identify key trends, variances, and areas requiring further investigation or action.
Monthly Closing
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of monthly closing activities for CHP entities, in compliance with internal controls and reporting timelines.
Audit Support
- Support for Group and Local Audit completion
- Close co-ordination with CORP ACC Team, BU / GF of India and Overseas Legal entities to ensure smooth closure and submission of Financials
Other Responsibilities
- Drive automation and efficiency in reporting processes using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
- Assist in developing dashboards and KPI tracking tools
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights based on management requests or business needs
- Lead and Coordinate various accounting-related projects from planning through execution.
Experience and Skills
- Specific Education : MBA/ M.Com / Inter CA with 3-5 years of experience in a reporting/analytics role, preferably in a Shared Services
- Work Experience : 3-5 Years
- Special Skills : Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems preferably SAP, with advanced Excel skills, Reliability, High attention to detail, Number affinity, Process oriented, Proactive mindset
