Job Highlights

• Responsible as well as Accountable for functional as well as technical support of global applications along with team,

• Acts as a bridge between business and IT as well as ensure timely delivery of solutions, Contribute/Guide functionally to the develoment/delivery of solutions.
• Manages incidents, change requests, and enhancements for procurement and asset management processes
• Ensures that the procurement and asset management processes run smoothly in SAP systems and issues (bugs, performance, process gaps) are resolved prioritizedly
• Work in close integration with other SAP as well as Non SAP teams
• planning, resource alignment, and execution of functional and technical implementations, ensuring scalable design, delivery excellence, and stakeholder alignment
• Establish a close collaboration with global IT stakeholders to define and implement skill development plans, ensuring timely completion and measurable impact of training programs for assigned teams
• Set targets for the team, conduct periodic performance reviews, and ensure timely completion of annual appraisal cycles with a focus on fairness, development, and results alignment
• Manage time sheet compliance, team budgeting, and annual merit/promotion cycles, ensuring accurate tracking, cost efficiency, and fair recognition of performance and potential
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new hires into global teams, ensuring smooth transition, role clarity, and early engagement for accelerated contribution

Experience / Skills

• Specific Education: Bachelor of Engg. 
• Work Experience: > 10 years, 
• Special Skills: 
  • Ability to  manage support as well as devlopment team, manage stakeholder expectations, and coordinate with IT and business.
  • Experience in change management, training, and documentation
  • SAP certification in,
    •  S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (or MM)
    • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Sourcing and Procurement
    • SAP PM and PS
    • Other relevant training: SAP Learning Journeys, openSAP
    • Strong IT background
  •  Experience specifically with S/4HANA procurement processes, like direct and Indirect purchasing, external service & service entry sheet functions, Maintenance related purchasing, Familiarity with Fiori apps related to source to pay
  • Experience in working in international environment with global IT experts & business stake holders
