Position Summary

This position will help in the growth of the LANXESS Biosecurity Solutions – Hygiene Portfolio across the region. The position focuses primarily on poultry and aquaculture biosecurity, with additional exposure to companion animal and ruminant segments.This role combines strong technical expertise with strategic marketing capabilities to support key customers. The incumbent will work closely with regional and global commercial, technical, and marketing teams while engaging with customers, integrators, distributors, and industry stakeholders across South Asia.

  • To provide technical and scientific training, supervision and support regarding products and services to colleagues, distributors, end users and related bodies in the industry within South Asia
  • Provide technical and scientific training for internal colleagues and business partners.
  • Assist sales team including replying enquiries, questions.
  • Assist and work closely with business partners: visit distributors, answer enquiries.
  • Conduct and assist with laboratory trials, field trials (commercial and/or non-commercial).
  • Create and/or review technical/marketing materials (e.g. presentation, technical sheets, sales literature, product labels).
  • Contribute to the business strategy in product-related development project.
  • Expert image & network: participate in the organisation of events and create a good image as a biosecurity leader (e.g. provide technical speech)

Experience / Skills

 

  • Specific Education : Masters in Vetnery Science (B.V Sc or M. V Sc)
  • Work Experience : 5 - 10 years
  • Special Skills : Knowledge in Poutlry Disinfection/ BioSecurity Solutions (Preferred)
