Title:  Analyst - SAP PPDS

Job Highlights

- Planning and execution of national and international projects in the context of production planning and detailed scheduling being part of the company-wide S4 Hana transformation
- Elaboration of functional and technical feasibility studies regarding new concepts and continuous optimization of existing applications in close cooperation with business stakeholders 
- Preparation, execution and results documentation of national and international workshops (requirements analysis, delta assessments, trainings etc.)
- Customizing according to design specifications in the area of production planning and capacity levelling under consideration of process-related integration with SD, QM etc.
- Coordination of customer specific developments, including requirements gathering, specification, build, test and handover to operations
- Steering and coordination of external service providers with regard to task prioritization, resolving of incidents and implementation of changes, including monitoring of service improvement

Actively contributing to daily support with focus on SAP PP/DS  module in S/4 HANA including Incident management, Change management and Problem management.
Key work areas: PPDS processes and related master data & customization.

Support in PPDS integration topic with PP,QM, SD,MM etc

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience in implementation and operation of SAP systems on global scale, ideally gained in external an/or in-house SAP Consulting, preferably with good insight in S4 Hana

- Solid understanding and practical experience in incident and ChaRM process as well as in management of external service provider
- Full professional proficiency in SAP PP-PI and PP/DS in combination with good integration knowhow to related process areas, especially to QM
- Should have good knowledge of CIF
- Shoud have good knowledge in PPDS processes & related master data & customization.
- Proficiency in project management and in agile software development processes, in particular in Scrum

- Preferably, should have completed couple of end to end implementations for PPDS Module (including at least one in S4 HANA)
- Preferably, at least 1 year domain experience in planning in Chemical or any other industry .Must have good knowledge in standard PPDS business processes.

- Intercultural communication abilities, service orientation and assertiveness
- Presentation and problem solving skills 
- Willingness for occasional business travels as part of reginal and global S4 Hana implementation projects
- Very good spoken and written English skills
- Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience of APO - SNP - 3 to 5 years
SAP certification in PPDS module would be added advantage
