Job Highlights

- Lead general supplies & services Procurement of Lanxess India 
- Drive cost reduction, risk minimization and innovation within his/her area of responsibility
- Define and execute systematic approach to GSS contract optimization and renewal under competitive conditions. 
- Lead various stream Consultants for activities like manpower services, specialised tasks like EHS topic consultancy, IT consultants etc..
- Define and implement competitive purchasing and proactive risk management strategies for Lanxess India within technical procurement
- Manage compliance and sustainability efforts and related subjects.

Requirements

Familiarity with administrative services like building management, AMC management for various utilities and other machineries etc.Lead commercial discussions and signing up contracts 

Buying of various materials like general supplies of offices, mobile phones and other IT related products like laptops and its accessories.

Manpower contracts management across various offices like Delhi.                                                                                

Manage service ARCs of fleet management (bus services), employess lease car management and car hire companies. 

Various supplies related services of laboratories."                
                
Lead commercials discussions with hotels,  caterers, event companies,contracts with airlines etc                  
                
Synergise General Supplies & Services efforts with Thane HO and sites like Nagda and Jhagadia.                
                
"Lead negotiations for various services procurement including manpower sourcing services for variou streams like EHS consultants, IT related consultants and IT experts and specialised consultants like auditing agencies.

Contribution in CSR and Corporate Communication activities and sourcing specialised materials PPE's for offices "                
                
Support various upgradation and expansion activities at Thane HO or any place where office expansion or laboratory expansion is planned / executed.

CONTROLLING - Budgeting and Controlling of direct and indirect cost of Procurement Function.Tracking and bringing any deviation against budget to the notice of higher management
