Job Highlights

The person is responsible for Financial reporting and all related compliances

In adherance to the Companies Act requirement, he/ she is responsbile for preparation and finalisation of Statutory Books in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard, Guidelines line issued by Ministry of commers as well as Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He / She is also responsible for reporting Financial statements (HB II - Global IFRS) adherance to the Group's Accounting Policy. In this context he/she provides support to CORP ACC with respect to topics related to financial statement. Based on the corporate guidelines, he/she co-ordinates with LANXESS Internal Team ( GF Finance, TTC, HR, BU, etc) to ensure correct reporting

He/ She liases with Auditors to resolve audit related queries and ensures timely and successful completion of HB2 (Global - IFRS) and HB1 (Local- Statutory) audit.

This will ensure compliance with respect to Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act and Group reporting as per IFRS

Requirements

CA with 3-5 years of experience / B com - CA Inter with 7-8 Years of Experience.

Good Communicaton skill

Expertise knowledge of IFRS & LKA. Prudent knowledge of Accouting principals

Good Understanding of ERP environment  

Reliability, High attention to detail, Number affinity, Process oriented
