  • Assisting & working  closely with business partner, distributor in channel management to create more market demand with accountability for the overall business financial 
  • Conducting sales and marketing activities to develop products & services that meet and exceed customer requirements
  • Developing and maintaining  strong contact with key decision makers at customers and distributors level 
  • Support MC activities by assisting the team in the exhibition, seminars, etc
  • Watching market dynamics (customers, segments, competitors) and report to the team
  • Closely working with technical and marketing team to  educate farmers/end user in small group discussion and seminars on how to use the product correctly and how to measure the product performance
  • Supporting Regulatory team for South Asia product registrations, including with SCM
