Job Highlights

 

 

As Regional Head of Data and Compliance (DC), be accountable for the delivery and quality of service from the Indian team for Global Data and Compliance projects.
Take overall responsibility for the Data and Compliance team in India.
Act as a counterpart to the head and department heads of the Data and Compliance team in Germany.

Assess and fulfill data requirements of application processes.
Demonstrate functional knowhow for all master data needs in business processes.
Provide judgment on master data requirements based on process and localization needs.

Demonstrate functional and technical knowhow along with project management experience for Data Migration projects.
Provide support for compliance and regulatory applications.

Develop the existing/new team in EH&S processes to enable Global Support of EH&S processes in the APAC & India Region.

Develop the existing/new team members in Global Label Management processes to enable Global Support of GLM processes in the APAC & India Region.

Explore opportunities to extend Data and Compliance services in the area of Compliance and Legal Data, especially with Global Trade services.
 

Requirements

 

  • Specific Education - Preferred MBA with certification in SAP Data Management portolio including EHS, GLM, MDM
  • Work Experience - 15+ yrs overall with 10 yrs in SAP and manufacturing domain
  • Special Skills -
    Functional & technical:-
    SAP Business processes MDM - SAP - EHS, MDM, GLM, DQM modules, technical know how of Documentum, Intelex and Reach, overall software development cycle with hands on experience of software application support and dealing with huge and sensitive data with Data Migration experience
    Leadership:-
    People Management, Project management, Opportunity extensions and growth, collaboration and conflict management, cultural diversity
