Job Highlights

As M365 Service Owner
• Responsible for Global M365 services, comprising of modules like Email, SharePoint, ODFB, Conferencing (MS Teams) and VoIP services
• Ensures that the value of the assigned subset of services from the MWP agreement is achieved as anticipated from the sourcing agreement
• ensures that the services are delivered as expressed in the Statement of Work and related Exhibits as well as described in the processes
• Steering the internal Module leads on the projects and operations. Steering the provider teams from operations, project management, process management and program management
• Design, improve and implement the LXS standard processes
• Streamline existing processes and systems to ensure smooth functioning of collaboration platforms.
• Define continuous improvement framework
• Identify, initiate, promote and implement improvements for service
• Build and manage Customer relationships by regular interactions and meetings by presenting status reports and proposals and collecting regular feedback
• Organize review meetings with outsourcing partners

Project Management
• Work with different Projects in order to create, migrate and upgrade application database to different versions or server platforms.
• Design and Propose database and application server architecture and configuration to take advantage of latest advance-ments in computing, memory, storage, backup and network technologies


• Managing the Global M365 Team, comprising of teams in India, and functional manager for other region.

• Resource and Personnel management
• Define, propose, acquire, operate and manage service resources
• Organize review meetings immediate supervisor, team members for status reporting, escalation or resolutions
• Set Targets for team and monitor performance
• Plan utilization of capacity for service, scheduling of tasks and forecast capacity requirement
• Mentor and train other team members
• Manage the assigned team, develop required skill levels, to achieve agreed service KPI’s
• Identify, plan and ensure implementation of training needs within service stream
• Ensure knowledge management by identifying ideas, techniques or tools.
• M365 System Design, configuration and service management
• Ensure consistency, integrity, security and availability of collaboration platforms by adopting different approaches for continuous monitoring and error correction.
• Provide direction to the Service Provider to design fault tolerant environments for server, application and database and im-plement monitoring and collection of logs for audits Identify risks and implement configurations and measures to ensure service continuity and disaster recovery
• Monitor, measure, report and review SLA's (Service deliverables)
• Ensure proper controls and processes are implemented resources for recovering from critical system outages
• Demonstrate ability to develop and propose technical solutions for complex problems and increase efficiency and adoption of best practices
