Job Highlights

Major tasks of this position:

  • Work with Release, Test and Project Manager and Process Experts to manage and optimize SAP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes
  • Close collaboration with functional IT colleagues on issues and requirements for Solution Manager customizations
  • Implementation and customizing of requirements in the SAP Solution Manager (especially in the area of Change Request Management and Focused Build Test Management)
  • Adopt new SAP landscapes to ALM processes (e.g. Change Request Management)
  • Adopt new SAP landscape to the System Monitoring
  • Establish and ensure stable operations of the SAP Solution Manager interfaces (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Operate the Solution Documentation / Business Process Documentation
  • Contribute to SAP Solution Manager upgrade projects

Requirements

Requirements with primary focus on Work Experience and Special Skills

  • Specific Education : Graduate in any stream (Engineering or others) from a Government recognized University
  • Work Experience : 7-10 years of relevant work experience in the area of SAP Solution Manager
  • Special Skills:

Technical knowledge and experience in administration, configuration, customization and monitoring in SAP Solution Manager 7.2

Experience in system connections to SAP systems within the landscape

Knowledge of SAP ABAP language (coding) is required to understand the customizations done in the existing environment

Experience with technical administration of the SAP Solution Manager (bugfixing, customizing)

Proficient in English language (written and oral)
