Requirements
Conferencing solutions at LANXESS allows seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, through services like MS Teams, Webex meeting, Teams Telephony and conferencing solutions.
1. Accountable as Service Manager for Global Conferencing solutions and Telephony & Fax Services.
2.Handling Day-to-day Service Delivery, Technical escalation, Operational Reports, Maintaining service stability and quality, risk management and Governance.
3. Sound knowledge on M365- Teams Solutions and Manage all org-wide settings, including federation, teams upgrade, and teams client settings.
4. Will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Microsoft Teams environment.
5. Manage messaging, including messaging policies and Access, monitor and troubleshoot tenant's call quality and reliability using data exposed in Call Quality Dashboard (CQD)
6. M365 License management/optimization
7. Manage meetings, including meeting policies, configurations, and conference bridges.
8. Manage voice, including calling policies and phone number inventory and assignment.
Job Highlights
Accountable for managing Global Conferencing, Telephony & Fax Services.
This Include Day-to-day Service Delivery for 16000 users, 7000+ VOIP Phone Devices, over 50+ Video Conferencing devices, MS Teams, Webex platform.
Involvement in Designing and execution of below Transformation projects:-
Telephony and Fax migration to Cloud Collaboration solution.
M&A Integration for voice and conferencing solution.
M365 Project - MS Teams Global roll out, Security, Monitoring, Reporting.
Big events like -
Large Webex events(eg. Global and regional Quarterly townhall, HR Events) Delivering interactive training, collaborating with remote colleagues, providing technical support.
