Sr Officer Executive Logistics Complaint Mgt
- Complaint Handling: Execute day-to-day IQOS transport complaints in collaboration with responsible TM Operations teams in 8D format based on related feedback from internal transport partners and external departments (carriers).
- Customer Complaint Resolution: Addressing customer and transport complaints in IQOS by logging, recording, and processing complaints effectively and corrective actions, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken in the software, tracking the status of the complaint and monitoring the process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as Logistics and Customer Service as well as external partners (e.g., brokers, carriers) to enable timely solutions and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Insurance Claims: Entering damage reports into the insurance program and enforcing recourse claims against the business units.
- Record Maintenance: Assist in maintaining records of transport and customer complaints, collection of relevant information and documents.
Requirements
- Work Experience: 3+ Years of experience.
- Special Skills: Strong in Communication, Knowledge of SAP, Logistical Compliant Management
