Job Highlights

Please shortly describe the most important, appealing 5 to 8 tasks of this position:

  • Ensuring process efficiency and harmonization across the entire eCatalog  management process including mantainenance of masterdata, uploading of catalogs, reporting and supplier support
  • Global definition and continuous improvement of eCatalog process as ARIBA Guyded Buying processes to increase process efficiency (processes and systems) including definition of SAP Roles
  • Evaluation of new, digital technologies in the field of eCatalogs
  • Support and implementation of GPL initiatives worldwide
  • Responsibility for the development and execution of internal and external process trainings (GPL employees, BU/GF customers, suppliers)  
  •  Implementation of process analyses (target/actual) and derivation of recommendations for action (worldwide)
  • Lead for GPL GPOS techcenter eCatalogs India

Requirements

  • Specific Education- BE/ B Tech
  • Work Experience 3- 5 years
  • Special Skills: ARIBA, Catalogue creation and maintenance
