Title:  Technical IT Specialist - Compliance Applications

Job Highlights

• As a technical IT specialist you will be part of the global team that supports LANXESS employees and their partners with compliance applications.
• Manage and administrate IT applications related to legal and compliance topics
• Analyze, plan and implement changes on existing applications based on .NET and Java
• Design processes based on business requirements and implement on standard solutions, such as “Intelex”
• Identify potential harmonization of application landscape and initiate such projects
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to end users

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or IT, or have acquired the equivalent level of knowledge through experience.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in supporting IT applications
• Experience in designing and configuring in “Intelex”
• Very good understanding of .NET, Java and other programming languages and frameworks
• Highly organized and experienced in multi-tasking and take ownership.
• Have strength in problem solving and lead projects independently
• Experience in working in multi-culture global teams.
