The Position:
This exciting role provides an opportunity to be part of one the largest production sites globally. You will be a true business partner, leading with your strong analytical skills in a dynamic and rapidly changing global business environment. Do you want to be part of this exciting journey ahead? Do you love working in an international, highly energized, and collaborative team? Maybe it’s you we are looking for in our global Finance team, as our new Site Controller. 

 

  • Optimizing and harmonizing financial processes, reporting and implementing best practices
  • Owner of the budgeting and forecasting process of site CAPEX and FOOP
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to Operations Management
  • Interact with virtual teams across the region and globe, with multiple stakeholders internal and external to Envalior
  • Strategically lead, approve, and function as gatekeeper of product costing
  • Translates finance data that are prepared by a reporting team, into management information
  • Drive standardization, efficiency, and self-service in managerial reporting across Envalior

Requirements

 

  • Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, and/or CMA, CPA, MBA
  • Broad knowledge of and track record in Finance and Control processes, with emphasis in business partnering in a multinational environment
  • You are familiar with IFRS
  • Several years of relevant working experience 
  • Affinity with PowerBi and SAP-BW
  • Familiar with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • You are fluent in English and German
