Job Highlights

  • Collaborative Project Execution: Assist in executing LANXESS's commercial capability strategy by working closely with teams in marketing, sales, IT, and supply chain.
  • Support Capability Implementation: Contribute to implementing commercial capabilities, such as value-based pricing models based on market expectations and past sales data.
  • Data Analysis & Process Optimization: Help with data analysis and validation, building reliable models, and identifying opportunities for improvement in pricing engines.
  • Project Participation: Prepare and conduct project meetings with business and IT partners, contributing to project execution and operationalizing a new way of working.
  • Change Management Support: Assist in promoting capability improvements, helping to build understanding and buy-in within teams.
  • Training and Development: Help create and participate in training programs that support knowledge sharing and skills development.

Requirements

  • Education: You are currently enrolled in business administration, business informatics, business engineering, economics, or a related field.
  • Interest and Experience: You have a strong interest in marketing, sales analytics, or similar areas, and ideally, some relevant experience in these fields.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ideally proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP SAC, Tableau).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a structured, efficient manner
