Job Highlights

 

  • Conducting Market Studies – Organizing and carrying out market research, including SWOT analysis, competitive landscape evaluation, and other relevant assessments.
  • Competitor Analysis – Examining market competitors to assess their strengths, weaknesses, strategies, and market positioning.
  • Pricing Analysis – Evaluating pricing strategies and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Marketing Communications – Analyzing website content, updating brochures, and conducting exploratory research on competitors’ online presence.
  • Supporting the Global Product Management Team – Assisting with daily tasks and contributing to ongoing projects.
  • Leading Optimization Projects – Taking ownership of specific optimization initiatives and driving improvements independently.

Requirements

 

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong affinity for marketing topics in the B2B sector, particularly in specialty chemical products for metalworking, lubricants, and hydraulic applications.
  • Ability to work in an international environment, with excellent proficiency in both German and English.
  • Independent and proactive working style, with the ability to acquire new topics autonomously.
  • Capability to manage projects independently and collaborate effectively with teams across multiple locations.
