Job Highlights

 

  • Ensure ongoing stable operations of the global SAP SuccessFactors system (myHR), especially in Compensation and Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Configuration of HR process requirements in the myHR system and implementation of new functionalities in myHR Compensation, Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Analyze, evaluate and identify possible enhancements and optimizations of the related processes
  • Act as project expert (SME) in various IT HR-related global and local projects
  • Manage global Release Management process (half-yearly) for SAP SuccessFactors

Requirements

 

  • University degree in Information Technology or Business Informatics or equivalent
  • Relevant work & project experience in the area of IT
  • Experienced with configuration and implementation activities in global IT systems
  • Experienced in applying best practices and global standards in a multi-stakeholder IT system
  • SAP SuccessFactors process know-how is of advantage
  • Great teamwork ability in an international context as well as cultural sensitivity
  • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking 
  • Fluent in English, understanding and speaking German is nice to have
