The HR Specialist – Payrolling plays a vital role within our HR department, focusing primarily on the Dutch division of our organization. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing payroll and personnel administration for all employees at our Dutch locations.

 

Work Arrangements:

  • The role offers significant flexibility, typically requiring an average of one day per week in the office, aligned with meetings and business needs.
  • It can be structured as a four-day workweek, with the possibility of transitioning to three days a week after onboarding, if needed.

 

Future Developments:

Once the ADP Celergo system is fully implemented, a significant portion of payroll processes will be outsourced to ADP. This transition will make the role more streamlined and less technically demanding.

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for all Dutch locations, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

Requirements

 

  • Experience in payroll processing, including year-end activities and payroll reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with Dutch payroll regulations and tax compliance.
  • Ability to work with HR software systems, especially ADP Celergo and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English.
