Job Context:
LANXESS is a global market leader in preservatives and flavorings derived from benzoic acid and its derivatives. Our end markets include food products for humans and animals, personal care products, and pharmaceuticals.
The HR Specialist Payrolling, is an integral part of the HR department, primarily serving the Dutch division of our organization.
This role is responsible for coordinating and executing payroll and personnel administration for all employees at our Dutch locations.
Job Highlights
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for all Dutch locations, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Ensure precise processing of payroll deductions, taxes, and legal compliance with deadlines.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees, finance, and third parties.
- Lead the implementation of ADP Celergo and integrate new functionalities.
- Maintain payroll documentation and reports to ensure alignment with company policies.
Requirements
- Experience in payroll processing, including year-end activities and payroll reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Dutch payroll regulations and tax compliance.
- Ability to work with HR software systems, especially ADP Celergo and SuccessFactors.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
