Job Context:

LANXESS is a global market leader in preservatives and flavorings derived from benzoic acid and its derivatives. Our products serve diverse end markets, including food for humans and animals, personal care items, and pharmaceuticals.

The HR Specialist – Payrolling plays a vital role within our HR department, focusing primarily on the Dutch division of our organization. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing payroll and personnel administration for all employees at our Dutch locations.

Work Arrangements:

• The role offers significant flexibility, typically requiring an average of one day per week in the office, aligned with meetings and business needs.
• It can be structured as a four-day workweek, with the possibility of transitioning to three days a week after onboarding, if needed.

Future Developments:

Once the ADP Celergo system is fully implemented, a significant portion of payroll processes will be outsourced to ADP. This transition will make the role more streamlined and less technically demanding.
