Job Context:

LANXESS is a global market leader in preservatives and flavorings derived from benzoic acid and its derivatives. Our end markets include food products for humans and animals, personal care products, and pharmaceuticals.

The HR Specialist Payrolling, is an integral part of the HR department, primarily serving the Dutch division of our organization.

This role is responsible for coordinating and executing payroll and personnel administration for all employees at our Dutch locations.

• A permanent role for 40 hours/ week, with the possibility of a 32-hour workweek

• Salary scale J (minimum €4,373 – maximum €6,043 gross per month) based on skills and experience, a 13th month, plus holiday allowance.
