LANXESS UK is now recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join us at Trafford Park.

Are you a proactive, customer-focused professional? Do you thrive in fast-paced, international environments where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team.

In this role, you'll manage relationships with key accounts, taking full ownership of customer interactions—from order entry and coordination to problem-solving and issue resolution. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth order fulfilment, resolving enquiries, and delivering a high-quality service that keeps our customers satisfied and loyal.

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with key customers and act as their primary point of contact

• Manage end-to-end order processing, from entry through to delivery

• Collaborate with internal teams like Sales, Planning, and Logistics to ensure on-time fulfilment

• Monitor order blocks, availability, and demand changes to support planning and customer commitments

• Troubleshoot issues proactively and follow up on customer complaints and product returns

• Maintain accurate customer and product data in SAP and support continuous process improvement

 

 

Requirements

 

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in customer service within a manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environment

• Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office

• English as a business language, an additional European languages a plus

• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset

• A self-starter attitude with the ability to multitask and adapt in a multicultural setting
