Internship HR Learning & Organizational Development

Job Highlights / Aufgaben

• As an intern (f/m/d) in Learning & Organizational Development you will support the team with topics like learning culture, leadership development, digital learning, social learning, skills management and AI in People Management
• As an example, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the definition and implementation of global measures to promote the learning culture at LANXESS
• You will also support the design of innovative learning and development opportunities in various formats, both online and face-to-face
• You will help with projects to promote leadership development
• You will also be responsible for the development of global materials, communications and empowerment offers for Learning & Development campaigns
• Finally, you will oversee administrative processes for the digital learning platform LinkedIn Learning

Requirements / Profil

• You are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree, or you are in your gap year and are looking for an exciting internship in HR
• Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience, e.g. through internships or working student activities in HR
• You proactively contribute creative ideas and demonstrate a feel for the interests of different stakeholders
• You are open to new ideas and enjoy immersing yourself in different topics
• You have a structured way of working
• Fluency in English and some German language skills are an advantage
