Our Global Recruiting, Onboarding & Employer Branding department shapes the Candidate & Employee Experience worldwide. To support our team, we are looking for a dedicated working student (f/m/d) who enjoys creating content and materials and has an interest in core HR processes such as recruiting and onboarding.

• Supporting the creation and preparation of presentations, testing materials, and other documents with focus on an AI-based skills project
• Contributing to topics related to Digital Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employer Branding
• Conducting research and preparing information in a structured manner
• Supporting the further development of our digital HR processes
• Close collaboration with the global team and relevant stakeholders

Erfahrung / Skills

• Advanced Bachelor’s studies or completed Bachelor’s degree and currently enrolled in a Master’s program
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and a strong eye for detail
• Interest in HR topics and, ideally, initial experience with Recruiting or Onboarding
• Experience with the SAP Recruiting or Onboarding module is a plus

• A team player who proactively approaches people and feels comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Quick comprehension, diligent working style, and high reliability
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
